Beekman Was Acquired and Sued
I read that some business venture bought it. Not that it can’t do it, but it’s nice to know that when one buys a skincare product, those who are promoting it are actually the company owner. I also read that it was sued for promoting that its products contain live probiotics when preservatives cancel them out.

The case was dismissed three months later, so they didn’t get very far.
Beekman 1802 sold a majority stake in the company, not the whole company. Growing companies need revenue.
