Autoship Skinn® Cosmetics Collagenesis Age Reset Serum Intensive Eye & Face

Is anyone else having problems with getting the correct size of face serum? My auto ship order is 1.7 oz but they kept sending me .17 oz bottle. I have called customer service, they make notes of the error, have me send the box back and they re-order. Today if the 4th box and it is still wrong. The shipping facility is at a different location than the customer service so apparently nobody is listening at the shipping facility. I keep getting the wrong (much smaller) size for the price of the large size. I am not sure where to go from here. Any ideas?
