Auto ship , hmm

What is the purpose of having auto ship ,if you can’t fulfill the orders !( Extended delivery was the message I just received ) All the host and vendors do during a presentation , is push ,Auto delivery, so you will be guaranteed the item ( so you won’t run out ) and the price ! This is so wrong if you can’t honor this statement !
