Any suggestions for products to help with allergy shiners

The TSV Dr. Brandt seems to get mixed reviews. I don’t have a lot of lines, just allergy shiners and some puffiness – I tried Plexderm and made my eyes really red and tight feeling. I cut it down from a rice size grain to 1/2 a grain and worked better – but I would like something that would help camoflague, but at the same time help diminish…

Is there anything over the counter for that??
