HSN has lost my trust!
I ordered a set of Luminara candles on December 3rd, to be sent to my family in Ohio for Christmas, and the status on my order STILL says packaging. Customer Service gave me similar explanations, from, they’re waiting on the vendor, or, they can’t do anything, because my order is with the vendor and waiting to be shipped out. When I wanted to cancel it, they told me to wait 3 business days, but there was no guarantee it would be cancelled. It wasn’t. Getting tired of this, I wrote Luminara to ask if my order really was waiting on them? Luminara told me, THEY HAD FULFILLED THEIR SUPPLY WITH HSN, and have no hold on my order or anyone’s order. They said, it must be that HSN’s supply RAN OUT. Meaning, HSN should have indicated the item was SOLD OUT, but NO. HSN said nothing. Yet, they still took people’s orders, leading customers to think their orders would be fulfilled in time for Christmas with “estimated delivery” dates, such as the one I was given of December 14th! Where’s the honesty here? One Customer Service person finally told me, she learned that my order would not be sent out until around the middle of JANUARY! I’m still trying to cancel my order, as there is NOTHING TO BE SENT OUT IN PACKAGING! Bottom line is, I will never order from HSN again. They have lost my trust.
