Order still in packaging but should arrive by 12/24

Im getting really nervous as Christmas is five days away and my order that I placed on Dec 5 is still in packaging and its the 20th. I have called once and chatted with two different people and they dont have any information other than its in packaging due to arrive by the 24th. Is there anyone else that can help me.
