Flex pay denied bank holdind funds since dec 13

I tried ordering a kindle fire for flex pay and was denied, but bank has a pending for the product since thursday last week. It is now Wednesday the following week and my bank says a merchant request to release funds needs to be made by you. I need this done asap .
