I returned an item on 11/24. I have my receipt. It scanned for 6 days then stopped. It appears item is lost. I filed a complaint with USPS. I have never had a company not refund if I returned and usps lost item. If HSN can see I returned it by scanned return label but usps lost it, I should not have to continue to pay for item. I’ve never had or had this happen in all my years of shopping online. I’m neve shopping with HSn again if this is the policy. I am paying for something I don’t have.

      Thank you. I called in last night but was basically told
      Nothing could be done even though person could see it stopped tracking.

    I had this happen to me with 3 gem bracelets at $322 ea. that’s almost $1k….it wasn’t HSN it was the other one… I returned, the tech said they had them and my refund would post, well, it never did..i called and called and called and finally a supervisor told me i was just S O L….I have been angry for years…. try to let it go…i don’t know how much your purchase was and it’s maddening to feel so betrayed by a company you trusted… I know someone pocketed them and they wouldn’t investigate. Just don’t do business with them anymore…you can get most things elsewhere anyway….
