Defective Product
On Thursday, I ordered MukLuks touchscreen gloves in Ebony. I received them yesterday. They will not work with an iphone 10. I called their company and the rep confirmed the problem. It’s too bad that the issue was not listed in the product description, or I wouldn’t have ordered. I would like to return the item, since the main purpose was to use my phone with the gloves on and it won’t work. I also used my 20% off coupon on the defective product. I would like to do an exchange order for a different product and use the coupon code. Can I do that?

@deanna53, sorry to see these do not work with your current phone. I’m sorry but we’re unable to process exchanges for different item numbers. You’ll need to return the gloves for a full refund and place a new order for the new item. Sadly, we’re unable to transfer the coupon code to a new order but reach out to me once you place a new order and I’ll see if we can find a way to get the discount applied to your order. Just make sure the item is valid for the coupon.
