Order has been in Packaging for 10 days
Hello, I have to say I am disappointed that the item I ordered on December 4th has not arrived it. I see today is the last day to order to receive by Christmas. Customer service just keeps apologizing. I feel bad for them as its out of their control too. I find it hard to believe a big company like this doesn’t have the capacity to honor their promise to have items ship by promised dates. I am praying it arrives on time or at all for this matter. What else is possible?
