You’re right. The grocery stores, Target, the park to walk, going on drives, & at times the mall are pretty much all I go to these days, so no place to wear the nice clothing. I did order the DG2 Downtime hooded, zip-jacket & matching pants & wore the jacket at the park today.

I guess it depends on your current COVID rules. In Florida, we are not on a lockdown, so everything is open with caution. Honestly, the only places I haven’t returned to yet are movie theaters and mass (all that singing and praying inside makes me cautious). However, there was a park (I just moved two days ago) in my previous city, so I would wear my DG2 jeans. or cute sundress or whatever I had when I walked around the lake, It really lifted my spirits to be able to ‘dress up’ even if I was just walking laps around the lake. Most agree that we are safer outdoors as it’s unlikely the virus would spread (unless you are in a large crowd). Good luck and stay safe!

I am always the best dressed lady at the grocery store. LOL. It’s one of my only outlets. Even my doctor isn’t doing in office visits. I hope things get back to normal for those of you who are missing paychecks and hurting financially. When things get back to normal I will have a lot of new things to wear to church if it gets and stays cold. Who do you seem to be buying the most from? For me, it’s Marla, Diane G, and Colleen.

Yes, I find myself buying more than I need, since I’m sorta sheltering in place…sigh

I understand. I have slowed down my purchases tremendously. I’m in the travel industry, have been for 33yrs. Covid, has decimated our industry. I’ve noticed that the host and some vendors have incorporated what’s happening in our world by saying, “oh, it’s comfy if you’re going out or sitting on the sofa.” I heard Iman recently say this too. I was like girl bye! At this point in life you have to use wisdom. It seems so many people/organizations are self-serving. Be wise, always.

I am also buying an example is a white blazer I must have purchased in Feb. or March. Never had the opportunity to wear it. I just said to myself the other day that I have to stop buying I’m not going anywhere for maybe 6 months. I’m just waiting for the vaccine and it’s watch out world.

The grocery store and church are where I make my fashion debuts these days 🙂
