Order says delivered but I didn’t receive it
I placed two orders & one arrived about a week ago. The last order says delivered, but I never received it. I checked my building and others to see if it was misplaced, but I had no luck finding the package.

Well I would file a claim and keep on them the post office has all these workers that are contracted from other sources so they aren’t even USPS employees. In fact the guy that delivers in our neighborhood did time in prison!! So go figure

That happened to me, was delivered by post office, shown delivered, but didn’t get.
Went to supervisor at post office and learned the mail person got sick and didn’t finish delivering the mail but had already scanned the package as delivered. after much waiting at post office he finally brought out the package to me. All mail had been returned to their office that day.
