Patricia Nash crossbody purse
Received “as is” Patricia Nash crossbody purse.. but it doesn’t have the crossbody strap! Is this part of the as is? Because hsn hasn’t sent me the full item! What do I do? When part of item is missing?

I’m sorry your order was missing the cross body strap. I have issued a partial refund in the amount of $25 to your method of payment, if you wanted to keep the item without the additional strap. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to settle.
Or, you can return the order using the easy return label that came with it. I’ve taken care of the label and you will not be charged postage.
