HSN will not let me order, I keep getting an error message.

I am unable to order a 7 speed hand mixer after cancelling the first time due to ordering to a different address than I desired. I cancelled the order and now it will not allow me to make a purchase. When I attempt it gives me this error message to call customer service. I called them and they told me to make a new account because apparently the account I made was under my mother’s name when I don’t recall making one under her name. So the person on the line started to walk me through making a new account and once we got to the card information they say that my own card is under the other account and that it would have to be removed in order to use it on a different account. All in all, they were not very helpful at all. I am frustrated that I cannot order regardless to what I try and do.
