Flex pay denied and yall still TOOK my money. I need it back immediately
this is theft, and it is beyond wrong.

@bales I really am sorry to hear that your order had been canceled. Please know that this does not mean you will not be able to utilize FlexPay on your future orders. When you place an order an authorization is placed on the funds.
An electronic request has been sent to your financial institution regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process. We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
