What is Customer Service to HSN?
I am not a phone person and never will be. I cannot order an item I want to purchase because the HSN system will not let me.
I spoke with a CSR who gave me several variations of my story. Obviously, she is not listening. She announced she is at “home” and can order the item. No. She is not going through the whole process of ordering it. Otherwise, she would know it cannot be ordered.
I gave up on her because she could not even tell me the same story I was telling her. She must be distracted at “home.”
I asked to be transferred to a supervisor who kept talking over me and would not let me speak. Yes, I am frustrated!
When I asked why are you talking over me? His response was there is a “lag” on the phone. Try again. That does not explain why you have done this several times, and it lasts too long. In each instance, I was talking before he was, but I stopped speaking so we could both hear what he had to say.
Management needs to consider teaching employees listening skills and basic manners.
You are doing a great job Q group of ruining what used to be a great company!
I doubt a Manager will respond to this message because this board is abandoned by HSN Management.

I called in and ordered.
I don’t like calling CS at HSN. If I must communicate, it is through chat.
Why could I not order this on my own?

It sounds like the notes for my name are incomplete. I am NOT surprised.
I tried ordering through an affiliate. I also tried ordering direct from HSN. I cannot order it.
I was told it is sold out. I was told it could be ordered. I was told there is a waitlist, but no one can order it because the system has not “updated.” No two employee’s at HSN have the same story.
It is a hassle here.
I bet this message does not get answered by a Manager. I have posted several messages in the past on the Customer Service board, and no one responds.
