5 Roll not working

This GOTW has not worked all week. Others are having the same problem. The screen is off center and it stays frozen. Also, it seems that double tickets went away over a month ago. Flip out freezes too. 5 Roll is one of my favorites and to not be able to play it all week is frustrating.
