Poor Packaging Ruining Clothes
This week alone I have received pieces of clothing wadded up like balls and stuffed, yes stuffed into cloudy, dirty plastic bags with random pieces of scotch tape closing it and then stuffed into an envelope. These items should be properly folded in a CLEAN plastic bag and then put in a box.I purchased one of the Heidi Daus faux fur trimmed toppers and it was all wadded up and stuffed into a 14 inch bag! REALLY??? This topper is massive! WAY TOO large to be stuffed into a bag like this. Same thing with a Rara Avis shawl. May I ask HOW I am supposed to get the massive wrinkles out of these items?? If I want clothes that look like this I will go to the thrift store. New merchandise should NEVER arrive like this.
I want to know WHAT is HSN going to do to change this? When is HSN going to change this as I have complained many times and NOTHING ever changes! It is bad enough HSN charges all this money for shipping and HSN can’t even ship it properly!

For what you ladies probably paid for those two pieces, they should have arrived in immaculate condition. Sometimes it takes so long to get our things that I hesitate sending things back because they arrived so shabby. I’m not a fan of ironing so please send me my purchases wrinkle free. The higher the $$$, the better condition they should be in, though everything should arrive nicely packaged.

Hi oodiebom; Okay well I am glad it wasn’t just me!! When the bag arrived I was wondering what the heck is this? I would never suspect it was the fur topper! I hung it up and then used my steamer and it looks good but still clothes should not arrive in this condition! I agree I don’t think Heidi would want her clothes sent out like this. It does zilch to complain to CS they just don’t care. It isn’t just Heidi’s clothes it is all the clothes with the exception of Diane Gilman which seems to come nicely folded in a clean nice bag and packed properly. The clothes coming from Tennessee or back east seem to be packed the worst. Interesting because when I get something from Cali where I live it travels the shortest distance YET is packed better.

Brochacha, I had the same problem with the Heidi Daus Fir Topper. I wondered why it wasn’t in a box. Heidi would never send anything out like this. Even the Thrift Store makes this item look cheap. In all honesty, I did not complain to Customer Service because the return would cost me more in the long run and to get another garment would be just like this one. So, gritting my teeth, I hung the topper in the bathroom and within a day or two the wrinkles were almost gone. It does look good now and I am glad that I kept it.
