I have not received any information on my order #390915065. My bank says the order was declined but I have not received the funds back. $160+ please resolve this issue or provide some information about what’s going on. Thank you.

    @liz348, I apologize for the inconvenience. We were unable to obtain any funds. Some financial institutions have different timelines of when they make funds available. We suggest contacting them for balance inquires.

      I did. They said HSN has not released the funds. Please look up the order atleast, thanks. I can not find any information on the order but I have the order details I have saved from the finalized transactions.
