Not only that they need a new way of making sure you get your prize. I won the October 1ST drawing for the top prize . Never got a notification, had an online chat 2 different times. Customer service tries to distance themselves by saying arcade is a separate entity. Malarkey! their using your name! Sent an email to prize fulfillment twice. Got no response. I agree with others this is a scam! I think somebody’s friends are getting the prizes. Don’t know but I’m about to give HSN a blast

I have won the Daily puzzle but none of the other prizes for 6 years. Do they contact you when you win? I enter all prizes to the max and get nothing.

Winners to what? I’ve been playing games for a couple of years and NEVER won!!! I enter every week! I enter the maximum amount of tickets, also!!! What is going on? Am I doing something wrong?

  I have won a few times… some fairly nice prizes. I don’t really think HSN is trying to mess with anyone. You must realize there are millions of us out here playing games… and entering to win. So, I would just say keep doing what you are doing. The odds must be astronomical to win. It’s been a couple of years since I won, but I keep playing.

I TOTALLY AGREE !!!!! I HAVE WON TWICE, BUT I THINK IT WAS BECAUSE I BITCHED ABOUT THE SAME PEOPLE WINNING ALL THE TIME. SEVERAL YEARS AGE I LADY WON 3 WEEKS IN A ROW ? NOT FAIR AT ALL AND I JUST KEPT BLASTING THEM ABOUT IT. And then I won a prize, but who knows. They do not play fair !!

I agree. I have seen this happen many, many times through the years. The whole thing is suspect. Another thing I have a problem with is the same person is every day at the top of the Ticket Leaderboard. There is no way possible someone could be accumulating that many tickets per day. I despise cheating.

  I’m guilty,I have won more than once, just not on the same day.
  Never had a problem claiming the prize, ever.
  Go to the customer service forum and I’m sure they will help you out.
  Let them know you won and you never received your prize .
  Don’t believe they’re scammers for a second.
  Some ppl are just very lucky!!!

  I want to clarify my above comment. I am not calling the people who win multiple prizes cheating. I am talking about the people who are using robot programs to accumulate points.

Like @cynsterwytche said, it doesn’t matter. I was listed as a winner back in August, never got an email, never got my prize and got no response to emails I sent.

Doesn’t matter either way. No one ever actually gets their prize. The whole thing is a sham.
