MY ORDER NUMBER 1698487730 FLEX PAY WAS DENIED BUT YET THE CHARGE STILL WENT THROUGH ON MY ACCOUNT AND NOW I ONLY HAVE $50 LEFT. PLEASE HELP I NEED THE MONEY BACK REAL BAD PLEASE :(((((((((((((((

I really am sorry for this delayed response and to hear that your order was canceled, @caiiii. I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution to have the authorization released. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon their release of funds process.
