STILL CAN'T LEAVE REVIEWS

Earlier this Spring, I was unable to leave reviews anymore. I thought it had something with the Pandemic & staffing. I worked for weeks with HSN IT, etc. but still nothing.Customer Service certainly couldn’t do anything, nor did they care. HSN IT couldn’t do anything, as mentioned, nor did they care. I tried this; I tried that. I tried suggestions from the community. NOTHING. I thought it had something to do with the HSN/QVC merger. Not sure. I was a HSN customer since about 1994; online since 2012. All the fun has been sucked out of the HSN experience. I hardly ever buy anything anymore from HSN, because like all other sites, reviews play into my purchases.

I am unable to post reviews on Amazon anymore. I’m not a mean or abrasive person however, I am honest. I would want a person to be honest with me as well. I am just nir one to sugarcoat things and mislead anyone.

I’m not quite sure what’s the no reviewing deal is all about. I’m nicer than most people that work at these places.

As I was posting this I looked up & my post disappeared. I think its time to find a new store. HSN does not care about us it about the bottom line/money. Oh and they do scrub the site..

I BOUGHT KESSARIS WATCH. I HATED THE BAND CALLED THEM THEY WERE NO HELP SAID HAVE NO BAND TO FIT WATCH AND DID NOT KNOW HOW I COULD GET A REPLACEMENT.

I was just told I cannot leave reviews of items I have purchased unless I buy them fully signed into my account at the time of purchase. Seems odd. All the other information is in my account.

I left a bad review for the Taya shampoo/conditioner set that sold for $29.99. You simply cannot get most of the products out of the small bottles…I mean even if you pound on them, no luck. I can’t even find the set on HSN anymore, and my review went poof! Sure isn’t the same HSN like before, is it?

Same has happened to me. I bought 2 faulty Bissell rug shampooers & for weeks haven’t been able to leave reviews. Spent over an hour on the phone w HSN customer service who was unable to explain or fix the problem. Very annoying…. are they filtering bad reviews???

  Unless you’re singing praises about the products, they will not let you leave a negative review just like stinking QVC

I couldn’t leave reviews when I paid by paypal and didn’t realise I had to go through my account as well.

More recently, I couldn’t leave reviews if I went directly to the product page. It said I hadn’t bought the item. The only way I could leave a review was to go to the specific order under my account and access the item from there.
