I bought a rings security camera and I took it to ups to return it and its lost

I never had that problem before a ring security camera for a $170.00 and I’m paying the easy pay instead of getting a refund from hsn I am paying for something that its been returned. I can’t find the tracking number and hsn won’t do anything for me so thank you very much for your help. I will never buy anything from them again.

Did you pay by credit card to return the item? If you did, look at your credit card statement and get the time and date of the receipt. If you have this information, perhaps the post office can look up the transaction for you. I once had to do this for a large retail store.

Twice I had a problem recently with returns being processed by HSN and the first thing the representatives asked for was the tracking number. So if you return by UPS or mail get a tracking number and put it in a safe place.

If you kept your receipt from the purchase, the UPS number that was used would be on the back, left bottom. Just read down. I hope this helps.
