HEIDI Daus packaging ??

Hello,
i am so disappointed in the packaging for my recent ,very expensive purchase of several HEIDI items .

1. Why are the items package in HSN boxes ? Third time !!

2. The boxes are covered in BLACK AXLE GREASE AND FINGER PRINTS .

3 HSN demands outrageous shipping for each item that arrived in a small box for shipping socks or Ones small item .

I treated myself during this difficult Financial time due to the virus to get a big let down by a company I have supported for over 30 years .

Please forward my concerns to someone that can take a serious look . Feel like i deserve at least , New boxes and my shipping back in spendable cash . Very upset . Think I will buy direct form the vendor in the future . The items are expensive and for HSN to send a customer such awful , dirty packaging is a disgrace . TIA

@ladiebiker, I’m truly sorry for the condition and presentation of the packaging. I know you expect more from your Heidi Daus orders. I totally understand your disappointment. We want you to enjoy every part of the shopping experience, from ordering to your door for full enjoyment. I forwarded over your concern to our Leadership Team and refunded the shipping to Spendable KA$H. It will be available until 9/21/21. Once again, I greatly apologize for this experience.
