TS LG Premier Pro Plus Tracfone

Bought this because of the 32gb storage. Stylo, that I loved has 16. Having an issue getting apps to transfer to SD card. Had no problem with Stylo. There doesn’t seem to be an option to transfer some apps to SD card. Am I doing something wrong, is there an option somewhere I need to check? As of now, it is no greater than the Stylo. Putting apps on Internal storage isn’t giving me any more room than my Stylo! Transferring apps to SD card on Stylo was easy but doesn’t seem easy with this LG Premie.

I am so sorry that you have had such a bad experience with tracfone. I’ve had tracfones for about 30 years and have never had a problem. Their customer service, the few times I needed them, has always been great. I have never had a problem getting the minutes I paid for. I will be a tracfone customer for many years ahead. It works for me!

I don’t know about the phone, but tracfone is terrible, bloody awful customer service. They stole my minutes, they stole my data, more than once,never restored it, their service didn’t work, just awful. Worst mobile company ever. I finally got away from them ,bought a new moto phone for about $100, and went to usmobile, which is cheap, and where you can pick and choose what you want or have unlimited for a lower price than I’ve seen anywhere else. Go anywhere but tracfone. They are the worst.

  where my data went from 15gb
  To zero. Customer service was terrible.
  I told them I was gonna file negative
  Complaint with the BBB/FCC. 3 Days later my balance was restored. It seems like
  you moved on, I hope it works out well for you. 1 door closes another 1 opens up.
