DISAPPOINTED! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!
Wow this is just ridiculous. I attempted to make a purchase [as well] on an item, only to find out I would be denied for flex pay. I attempted twice after with other cards. HSN withdrew over $1,000 from My bank account!!!!!!!! Why take a customer’s money if you’re going to deny the transaction!??? Will be reporting to BBB as well. This is a serious (and apparently), common Issue that needs to be addressed. I am so disappointed in HSN! Will not be shopping here in the future and I must advise friends and family to beware! I want my money back!!!!!!! Get your company together!

I’m really sorry to hear your order was canceled and understand your funds are still being held, @britlove. I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution to have the authorization released. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
