I purchased fashion masks, the ones made in Mexico not China. They are a little skimpy but will work in a pinch. I mentioned in my review that it took 4 weeks to get them. I also said I gifted a set to my sister in a nearby City and she has never received hers yet. My review was not approved. Unless I was willing to strike out the statement about my sister never receiving her masks, the review will never be published and it was 5 stars. Can you imagine? I just deleted their email.

Whenever I’ve written any negative reviews on amazon that mention amazon’s own failures they refuse to publish them, and you can’t leave any feedback for amazon on their website. They’ve got a real double standard there. They hold the third party sellers there to a much higher standard than they hold themselves, and you can leave any type of feedback for them. Maybe ShopHQ is an amazon company.

In regards to SHOP HQ, I posted a 1 star bad review on a Serious Skin item.

It got posted with a 5 start and a bad review. With it being posted that way, my review loses credibility.
