HSN never sent order

On May 4th, I purchased the Cricut Enchanted DIY Materials Kit. I received a notice that the mailing label was generated via USPS and was given a tracking number. When I kept checking the tracking information, it was “waiting for the package”. Well, it appears the label was generated but never got on the package to send to me. Being the coronavirus delimena and shipping issues all over, I was not overly concerned. Well, guess what?! I never did get the package and now it is no longer in stock. I would think if you kept good inventory that there is still one “kit” floating around the warehouse that should have my name on it!

Word of advice – keep on top of your order and don’t let a day go by without checking as you just may never get it! Any type of shipping discrepancy, call customer service.

Highly disappointed.

Really, they can take your money in a split second, keep it for weeks and then
say, “sorry, we’ll refund you!” Yeah! Really disappointed.
