You cancelled my order
You cancelled my order 3 minutes after I made it but still took my money without my knowledge I need it refunded right away or I will be contacting my attorney because now my account is now negative because of your company’s stupidity. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with your company. The Order #1669935811 and the amount taken from me $445.47

same thing happened to me, they canceled my order. they authorized my card and I was looking forward to my order. I checked the next day and the order was canceled with no explanation, i didn’t even get an email to tell me it was canceled. this company is the absolute worst.

I am a brand new customer. Never purchased anything from HSN so obviously no failed payments and I placed an order and same thing took the money and ran. I’m on day 3 and money still hasn’t returned to my account. This is atrocious behavior if I’ve ever seen it. I also haceca QVC account from which I order from and is in good standing and ive never had this problem. Great way to lose business I guess. Unemployment is kinda nice I guess. Well, back to QVC for me. Big mistake ordering from HSN….

I was surprised and disappointed to receive an email stating that my order has been cancelled without any explanation provided. I had invested a considerable amount of time researching and deciding on this purchase, and I even utilized a new customer discount as part of my decision-making process. As a new customer, I was excited about the opportunity to benefit from the coupon and try out the products, but it turns out disappointing. I have made a phone call and it says my information is not valid, but everything is mine. I want my order back!!!

I used a new customer discount as part of my purchase. However, due to the delay in receiving my new Chase card, I am unable to complete the transaction at this time.
I kindly request your assistance in retaining the new customer discount and my first order coupon for the aforementioned product. I am hopeful that once my Chase card arrives, I can proceed with the purchase at the originally discounted price of $27.92. This would greatly alleviate any inconvenience caused by the delay in receiving my card.

This is ridiculous. Never have I heard of an order being cancelled and the funds being charged because the customer is denied. Don’t let people order items and take their money to immediately April fool’s jk there’s nothing bought but we’ll keep the money for 3 days. People use flex pay because they cannot afford to spend a lot of money and you hold what little they have. My husband will be calling at 8am to have this sorted. How about deny people and don’t take their money? I see so many others suggesting the same. This policy whatever it is it’s losing customers my father used hsn for years, I believed I could do the same and now I feel the need to warn people away.

I have placed and order not knowing it was cancel. I did check my checking account and money was recouped. If order was cancel why go into my account and authorize a transaction I feel that is wrong. I would like my money to be put back into my account I am not waiting for 3-5 business days that is total BS.

I also had a order cancelled and it’s been 3 days and have yet to have the money returned to my account. Definitely frustrating if you get your money taken from you, you expect something in return not just for some business to hold it for days on end because they’re system is to slow to acknowledge your order was canceled and the money needs returned.

First time i placed an order from HSN and they took my money out of my account and then in less than 1 min canceled it saying i dont qualify. Ok, cool but why take my money then tell me it will take 3-7 days to return it. Smh the same way it took 1 min to take my money keep the same timing when it needs to be returned or better off dont take peoples money if you know they dont qualify or better off do an eligibility check before you take peoples money because this is ridiculous some people dont have money to sit around and wait for it to be returned !!!!

Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 72 hours to see this hold removed. I’ve requested to have it expedited. Rest assured, no funds were taken.

I didn’t even know my order was cancelled until I contacted customer support today. I’d ordered the item on May 2nd. Do you mind also me giving an expedited return of funds? My order number is 1744419996.

That doesn’t make sense first you placed a order supposedly,with the money and the cancel the order so why are you now negative??? You didn’t have it in the first place? So they cancel the order? Doesn’t make any sense at all…..
