I wanted to exchange some clothing for a different article of clothing. I thought that for an exchange that shipping charges would be waived. No such deal with HSN! They will only pay for your shipping if the item was defective is what I was just told by customer service, not if it didn’t fit and you want to exchange it. You pay for shipping originally, then you pay $7.95 for return shipping and you pay shipping again on the other item you want to get. Ridiculous! I’ll order elsewhere.
