Pending Charge Denied Flex Pay

Ugh, frustrated. My card was just charged even though I was denied. Y’all really should change this. It’s a headache trying to get your money back!

Hsn has a hold on my funds and I didn’t even place an Order! There was no order number and nothing to cancel. HSN is about to get contacted by the federal fraud unit. I never authorized any item so how did this happen. I was told 5 lies. None made sense. Funny thing is the card isn’t even in my name! Give me my money back. There was no order placed I never even got to that window

I’m truly sorry for the delay, @dayday1283! When an order is placed, we do authorize the payment and your bank places a hold on those funds. I’ve requested the release be expedited. Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 72 hours for the funds to be released.
