Can you take your capsules all at one sitting a day? Will there be any stomach issues doing that?

Understood…however, some doctors do not necessarily think that their patients need to take a multivitamin. They would prefer you get your vitamins through your food groups and I get it. I have started taking AL multivitamin recently, have ordered his Immune pill and the pill for joints, etc. and just ordered his Omega. I am not great at getting my vitamins through food groups . Maybe I will split Intake of pills daily, AL products cannot be stronger formulas of that being sold on the commercial market as to be so potent that your physician needs to be consulted on a multivitamin but I get the prescription part of it…most sold in commercial markets are mostly herbal based formulas.

I have had no problem with taking Andrew’s vitamins all at once. However, since today is Sunday, most doctor offices are closed. Best bet would be to contact your pharmacy to see if there would be any problem with prescription medications. For instance, I take a thyroid pill every day which cannot be combined with any vitamins that contain calcium for at least four hours. I do split my vitamins between day and evening just to make it easier.

I don’t think that question can be answered without knowing:
1) what capsules you’re talking about
2) what other medications you might be taking
3) do you have stomach issuesYour best bet would be to ask your doctor who would know your medical history.
