Charge two different prices for one item

Charge two different prices for one item.
I was charge $42.95 I’m guessing that’s a subtotal without shipping and handling then I was charged $54.39 for the same item and that’s including tax and shipping. I spoke to the bank they are as confused as I am this is the first time I think that I’ve bought anything from HSN and if this is cleared up it would be the last time I buy anything from you guys.
