Randomly took 50 cents AND refunded wrong payment method
What am I missing here?? How is this OK? Returned some sandals last week – FINALLY saw that a refund had been issued but INSTEAD of refunding in the form of Spendable K$sh as I had requested on the return form it was issued to my HSN card. AND to add insult to injury I was credited $5 in k$sh for shipping instead of the total $5.50. These were $50 sandals. I didn’t want a credit on the HSN card I WANTED THE k$ash! OF COURSE, the rep said it was too late to change that. Yes, he apologized. But could not change it. No mention of the 50 cents. (Yes, it’s only 50 cents but still. Not right. If they do this to everyone they will still be finding a convenient underhanded way to make extra money). I didn’t even want to use the HSN card in the first place but that was the only way to get the savings offered at the time. Customer service rep said this happened with a lot of refunds around the same order period. Not sure if that exactly makes it better?? Feels like a scam.
