Yes that was the item. Don’t you think it strange that I could still cancel this item and its been more than 24 hrs since ordering? Could you find out why it is being held up? I am just an experienced HSN shopper and this is not something that happens very often and my order always ends up being cancelled when this has happened to me in the past. For an example look at order 1644551088 placed on 2-1-20 and it stills says packaging!

I just have an order that has been processing for several days, Usually within 24 hrs, it changes to packaging and you can no longer cancel the order. My cancel order is still an option and in the past this has happened to me only when they could not fill the order which concerns me since this item is sold out. It was not on waitlist when purchased. Thank-you
