Ridiulous
I placed an order with HSN , when I got the confirmation email they had put the wrong address on it , I immediately called them and explained the situation they said nothing they could do they couldn’t change it. So finally a supervisor cancelled the order but then said it would take up to 7 days for a refund , ridiculous , then said I could reorder but then I would have to pay again , ridiculous , this may be my last order with HSN !!!!!
