My order was cancelled and still took money
I attempted to order a computer on flexpay two days ago. The order was canceled but it still took money out of my account. The money was taken due to a hold to make sure the money was there but I was just wondering if you could remove the hold on my money.

@elliethe I’m very sorry to see that we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be able to order on FlexPay in the future.
The hold should fall if in 3-5 days depending on your banks policy. I may be able to speed this process up and have them released by tomorrow. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

please do that. It has been 5 days and the hold is still there. As ridiculous as this sounds I need my money. If there is anything that can be done to expedite the process.
