Holliday Sweepstakes
I was so surprised when I was told I was a daily winner in the Holliday Sweepstakes…and even better, the prize was a Jay King item. I love Jay King. But I never received my prize. I sent a query to customer service and as a result, I’ve had two very disappointing calls from CS. The person I spoke with had no information about the contest, questioned that it had happened, totally clueless. I find it hard to believe that a contest that was so highly promoted did not have someone in charge and a list of prize winners.
Needless to say, I’m very disappointed and will question participation in these contests again.
