Head Kandy

I was thinking about ordering the TS and as usual,researched the product online. I was shocked to see numerous complaints filed with the BBB. I don’t put a lot of stock in the BBB but it’s always worth reading the complaints. What was even more disturbing was the responses by the company. Some were argumentative and downright unprofessional. From what I read, any negative comments or requests for help are met with being blocked on social media. So, I am undecided but doubt I’ll order. My luck, I’ll end up with a bad one that quits working after the 30 days and I’d have to deal with their customer service. I also find it suspicious that there are many posts on HSN’s Facebook claiming Head Kandy has excellent customer service. Hmm…Not according to posts elsewhere.
