DG2 jeans too short back rise?

Anyone else have this problem ….I have tried so many of her jeans/jeggings in the hope they will fit my L/XL 5’8″ bod. No such luck as rise too short and always gap in the back when I sit. I seem to prefer the fit of Women with Control prime slim fit jeans (I have several) – her size M in Tall works great. Hope she will bring out a deep black pair that doesn’t fade when washed:-(.
