HSN site frequently freezes

Why does the HSN site freeze so frequently. Often when moving from an arcade game, even if trying to move from that site to shop, the site, as if frozen, won’t accept a click from the curser. This is happening more and more frequently. Sometimes I go out, and then go back on-line, but sometimes I just leave the HSN site entirely. Between this and the problem with tickets being held (not credited), it makes one wonder about the competency of the computer programmers/technicians

The same thing happens to me. I usually end up clicking on Community or return to the HSN web page and wait a few seconds and then try to return to the Arcade. It usually lets me in almost immediately. I sometimes think it occurs when too many of us are trying to get into the same area at the same time.
