I have bought two of them (the one with the free printer). Both of them have completely stopped working. Dead. I’m pretty computer savvy so I have done all the troubleshooting (changing cords, using a different plug, etc). They will not even turn on, even with the cord in. I am disgusted and sending one back – the other is too old to refund.
