No Refund
I ordered an item on my phone for the first time and I guess there was an old address in there so it was used and as soon as I realized it I did a chat box with HSN and Susan told me it was my fault and I still had to pay the $80 and not receive my item. So I called UPS who was very helpful and told me to call not chat with a rep at HSN and tell them what they had to do to resolve the issue. Sad that someone else has to do their job. But what I can tell you is when I called back and spoke with Stephanie she was very helpful and did partly resolve the issue, I have to wait till the item is delivered to wrong address before we can go any further.

I really am sorry to hear of the experience that you had with us recently, @djinker. I appreciate you sharing your concern about the first interaction with me and will certainly pass it along. I’m glad you were able to get some resolve with another team member, but am sad that you had to contact us again to get that done.
