Holiday return
I made sure to ask before purchasing a gift for my son. Was told that I could return until end of January. I bought this the end of September and tried to return but was refused by HSN. When I called customer service the woman was very rude and kept saying that the holiday return policy didn’t start until Oct. 1st. This is not the first time a customer service rep has been rude and not helpful. I have been buying from them for many, many years and after this last incident will cancel my HSN credit card and never purchase from them again. I even told the rep that I was canceling my account and she didn’t even try to see if there was something she could do to help me out and get me to change my mind. I guess HSN really does not care about customer satisfaction.

Thank you Ryan. The other rep made it sound like it had been shipped back a few days ago. If that is the case and I will not have to pay for return shipping twice then I would like to return the sweatshirt. Thank you very much. Please let me know what I will have to do because I don’t have another return label.

@tlc66, since this was shipped back to you yesterday, I wouldn’t expect you to have it at this time. If you used the prepaid label for return, then you haven’t been charged for using the label. The order total was $58.49.

Hello Ryan, Thank you for getting back to me. I was told by a customer service rep that my return was refused and shipped back to me. Not only have I paid for the Eagles sweatshirt, paid for the return postage but I never received the item back. If I had the sweatshirt then that would mean that I would be paying for return postage twice which would be around $18,00. It really doesn’t make sense to pay $18.00 to only receive a credit of around $32.00. And yes, it is the correct item.

@tlc66, I’m very sorry to see this. Our holiday returns didn’t start until 10/1. If this is regarding the jacket that was ordered through HSN.com, I should be able to make an exception so you can return it. You would be responsible for any return shipping cost and the refund would be issued in Spendable Ka$h. Please let me know if this is the correct item and if this resolution will work for you.
