Where do I find my account number on the HSN website?

I need my account number to send a customer service email. I can’t seem to find it anywhere!

I received an email that states to put in reference number so I could look up the response for opening my HSN credit card but unfortunately the email isn’t coming up

I was charged more than you said I would be on the initial charge and it is not reflected in the ‘payments made’ page. I have also emailed you about this issue several times, with no response.

Why was I charged so much in November? That is not what I was told I would charged with the representative.

  @afooldparadise, I’m guessing the concern is the $48.66 charge. This is a one-time charge for the three year protection plan for the item. The other charges are for the machine and the stool. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Sorry to see this, @afoolsparadise. I can’t share this info with you in the community but it should be on your packing slip. They should be able to locate your account with the phone number you used to place your order. I can also help. What are you reaching out to customer service for?
