Order canceled without explaining why.
I received an email that my order was cancelled less than hour after ordering. No information was given explaining why or when MY money will be refunded.

@sheaven26, so sorry to hear that your order wasn’t able to be processed. It looks like we weren’t able to offer FlexPay on the order which is why it was cancelled. You’ll be receiving more info in the mail regarding the decision. Since the order was cancelled, a reverse authorization will be sent to your financial institution to let them know we won’t be collecting the funds for the order, so they can remove the pending hold from your card.
