americano 3 in 1 breakfast station

has anyone ordered the americano by elite 3 in 1 breafcfest station? I would like to know how your making your toast? there’s no crum tray. just a baking tray.i should of bought the nostalgia which does use the rack and has the pull out crum tray. I tried this morning to make toast and the other side was white. I’m thinking of sending it back. thanks.
