No EZ Return Shock

Found out that my RCA Tablet will have to be returned at MY expense to CA, estimated at $36.00. Never in any presentation when they tout NO HASSLE returns do they mention AT YOUR EXPENSE. I find this very deceptive. Before I purchase anything else AT HSN I will be certain they qualify for EZ Return. Sadly, once again “buyer beware”.

They do this the most with electronics. It happened years ago for me. I don’t think it’s QVC’s fault. BTW pretty sure Qurate is the boss of both HSN and QVC.

I don’t recall what I had purchased a few years ago but there was no return label and had to mail it back myself. If for any reason I think that an item may not have a return label I check with customer service first.

a QVC trick that’s trickled into HSN. despicable practices.

I learned that the hard way too with a Tracfone. I couldn’t figure out why there were no return labels and finally discovered that I had to return the phone to Texas which cost me over $25 at UPS. Post office was the same price. Expensive lesson. I hope others read this and check products to make sure they can be returned to HSN. Even if hosts are not required to say this on air, it should be made clear in the online blurb.
