Did not receive my item by the promise delivery date

I placed an order on 12/13 and was told that it would be here by 12/23. The present is for my wife. I check the status numerous of times and it showed 12/30. I called a couple of times to discuss this but was told that it would be here by the 23rd and they can not do anything till the 24th if it doesn’t show up. Now my wife doesn’t have a present to open on Xmas day. I am extremely disappointed in this as this was suppose to be a huge surprise for her. Some memories you can’t get back.
