MONEY STILL NOT BACK IN ACCOUNT
Flex pay was denied on 12/11 and pre authorization still held in my account i need my money released.

I understand the concern regarding the authorization on your account, @angies88. I’ve sent an electronic request regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process.
